Hair Re-growth Inhibitors
19/11/08
When we are experiencing hair loss we have many different options available to find a solution to our hair loss. We can try Hair loss therapies, Home remedies, and Herbal supplements. Some of these state that they contain hair re-growth inhibitors in the products. Hair inhibitors have been around since the 19th century. What we are going to look over is some of these ingredients in hair re-growth inhibitors. Also we are going to see about some of these scams that try and make us believe the” inhibitors “in their product work but really don’t. We will find out information based on customer reviews of people that actually used the product and any other information we can find.
One inhibitor that I came across was the Kalo hair growth inhibitor. Based on the customers reviews this seems to work. There were numerous consumers that stated they saw excellent results after a month or so. Some of the ingredients present in the product are mineral oil, lanolin oil, herbal extract, and distilled water.
Many herbal hair inhibitors that you find on the internet are scams. I’ve came across many that are said to do wonders but based on the customers reviews did give a positive effect. I came across an advertisement for Advecia which claims that it provides a solution to balding and thinning hair. Ingredients present in their product are beta sitosterol, Palmetto, green tea extract, arginine, lysine, and seed extract of grape. Of course they are great herbs and nutrients, but I don’t believe Advecia really has a very significant effect on any type of hair losing or restoring hair loss. Advecia’s website does not show proof that this actually works. They state it does but there are no customer reviews or testimonials saying that it worked for anybody. So I would say at this exact time, the Advecia just seems to be another scam on the market that is over advertised to consumers with no proven effectiveness. But you may also find these special herbs for cheaper separately. In the product Advecia it shows a very large amount of the extract of the green tea and a very minimal amount of palmetto. With that being said there is a possibility that Advecia has some side effects also, with much more green tea this can cause insomnia. So if I were you I would wait to purchase any product from Advecia until they can show us some actual proof that this product actually works on humans and base that on actual real customers’ reviews. You’re better off using your money on something that is actually going to be effective in promoting hair regrowth.
Please take into account all that I have told you regarding hair re-growth inhibitors. Don’t get scammed to buy something that will give you no results or possible side effects you don’t want. Make sure when you make a decision for a certain product check the ingredients for your own safety. Also remember as I stated earlier look for customer reviews and testimonials to get some proof that it actually is going to work for you.
Several methods are being used since time immemorial to cure the condition of hair loss. Hair loss is not just a male problem; it occurs in women too. Only that in women, it is not so very conspicuous. However, there are several treatment methods for both men as well as women. One such unisex treatment method is the hair loss treatment shampoo.
As the name suggests, this is a shampoo – a medicated shampoo, in fact – that is meant to be applied directly over the scalp, when having a bath. It does foam and lather like normal bath shampoos do, but the amount of lather is lesser than them. The shampoo is usually meant to be rubbed onto the scalp with the fingers and work it on slowly. Then it is to be kept on the scalp for a few minutes – five minutes are ideal – and then washed away with water. Cool water (not cold) shows better effects with these shampoos.
Today there are a lot of hair loss treatment shampoos available in the market. You will get one at your nearby drugstore. Or, you could get a prescribed one from a doctor. There are several brands on the Internet too, too many in fact, and deciding the one that would be good for your condition from among them is usually a pain. That is why, getting a hair loss treatment shampoo upon a doctor’s prescription is the best bet.
Most of the hair loss treatment shampoos are all herbal products, and these are very safe to use. At least, most of the genuine ones are! Generally, the herbal ingredients that these shampoos contain are aloe vera, saw palmetto, nettle, primrose oil, wheat extracts, carrot extracts, cucumber extracts, ginseng extracts, avocado extracts, rosemary, citric acid, etc. Several nutrients found in the food such as vitamin B3, vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin A and several others are also added for extra effects from the shampoos.
There are also several synthetic shampoos available. These have ingredients like sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, methylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, phenoxyethanol, biotin, glycol stearate and hydrolyzed glycosaminogylacans among others. In all these shampoos, whether they are herbal or synthetic, the water used is always deionized pure water.
Of course, there are many shampoos – in fact most of them – that are a blend of herbal and synthetic products. Different companies have their own formulations too, and depending on the products used, these shampoos can bring additional benefits to the users such as shinier and silkier hair, hair that does not break, dandruff treatment, etc. In that way, other hair issues can also be addressed along with the use of the hair loss treatment shampoos. Because of their medical properties, these shampoos are always much more expensive than the normal shampoos that are available in the market.
If you are thinking of buying a hair loss treatment shampoo for yourself, the price should not be your first deciding factor. Look at the ingredients and study up a little on what they do for the hair. If that is too difficult for you, take a copy of the ingredients and ask your doctor. It is better to get a shampoo that works for you rather than paying good money for something that shows no results at the end of the day.
Before discussing why hair loss prevention is necessary even in women, it is necessary to understand the structure of the human hair. The human scalp has got a rich covering of hair, which grow much longer than the hair on other parts of the body. The main purpose of this hair is to provide some degree of protection to the brain. But it also adds greatly to the cosmetic value of the person. Traditionally, people with long hair have been considered more beautiful than those with short hair. And, to add to that, women have devised several ingenious ways to make themselves look much more appealing.
A normal human hair has a lifespan of two to six years. During this time it grows and rests for some time. At any given time, most of our hair is growing. Then, at the end, they shed off, making space for new one. As a natural process new hair grows and continues the same lifecycle. Losing hundred to two hundred hairs is common. But if amount of hair lost per day increases significantly above this level then it is called as hair loss. It becomes a big issue in women particularly, as apart from protecting the skull; hairs also contribute to their beauty. Thus female hair loss prevention becomes necessary.
Women can try home remedies before going for medicines. As hairs are made up of proteins, consuming good amount of proteins in food is a good solution. It supplies required amount of nutrition for health of hairs preventing those from falling early. Regular massage to hair roots and washing them frequently can also help against hair loss. Women can go for conditioning of hairs, thus providing them nutrition also from outside. This strengthens their hair and improves quality such hairs don’t fall easily.
There are various causes for hair loss that are unavoidable. Women loses good amount of hairs during pregnancy and childbirth. So many hormonal changes occur at that time leading to the hair loss. These hormonal changes are very complex and can’t be controlled by consuming medicines. Neither it is suggested as; health of a child or mother is put at stake for trivial problem such a hair fall.
Major illness, surgeries can also lead to hair loss. Normally patient consumes a lot of medicines during this time causing a lot of chemical reactions in body that may result in hair loss. Preventing this is also not in much control. Even minor disease like fever can lead to hair loss. Our day today life full of tensions is also a major cause of hair loss. Staying continuously under stress, not following good habits and life style also aids to hair fall. Thyroid disorder can also be one of the reasons. It’s a chemical in body that affects many functions ranging from emotional control to physical health. Any imbalance in level of thyroid leads to hair loss. Prevention due to this cause is easier; there are medical pills available to balance out thyroid level. Patient needs to check out with her doctor to go for those.
Healthy hair is a sign of healthy body, no wonder anyone can judge a life style, health of a person simply by checking condition of his hairs. Thus our hairs reflect what we are.
